Our Lactation Team

The Lactation Network, is our third party billing company. They bill directly to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas - PPO, Anthem, Multi-Plan - PPO's,  Cigna (only some plans), United Health Care (HMO, plus all Commercial Health Plans)
Lactation services are covered under the Affordable Health Care Act & families often receive services 
with no copay or deductible. Plans vary in copay/coinsurance fees. Check with your provider for specific details. 
When not pre-verified or have no 'approval' from The Lactation Network, you must pay our Fee at the Visit.
We provide a coded insurance superbill at your appointment to file for reimbursement with your insurance.
