Most families plan carefully for birth, then feel unprepared when feeding gets hard. Our board-certified lactation consultants (IBCLCs) can meet you before baby arrives, make a feeding plan with you, and stay close through the early weeks with home visits, messaging support and priority scheduling.

You meet your lactation consultant and make a plan while you are rested, not in the middle of a hard night.
Your first visit is planned ahead, and you get priority scheduling when you need help quickly.
You can message us between visits, so small questions get answered before they turn into big worries.

Concierge packages you can book during pregnancy

Our two most complete packages can be reserved before baby arrives, so your care is ready the moment you need it. Booking during pregnancy is a perk of these two packages.

The Full Bloom Concierge

Our most complete care through your first three months with baby.

$1,995 self-pay · or $1,100 with insurance*

Six visits over your baby's first 12 weeks, plus unlimited messaging and voice support. What's included: • One initial lactation visit after birth, in the hospital, at home or in our office, with a personalized feeding plan • Four follow-up visits from birth to 3 months for weight checks and plan adjustments • One virtual check-in visit • Unlimited messaging and voice support for the full 12 weeks • Priority scheduling with first access to our calendar • Access to our pump and flange library $1,995 self-pay, or $1,100 concierge fee when your visits are billed to insurance*

The Flourish Package

Focused, reassuring support through the early weeks.

$1,250 self-pay · or $700 with insurance*

Four visits over the early weeks, plus six weeks of messaging support. What's included: • One initial lactation visit at home or in our office, with a personalized feeding plan • Three follow-up visits for continued guidance • Six weeks of messaging support • Priority scheduling $1,250 self-pay, or $700 concierge fee when your visits are billed to insurance*

Support after baby arrives

These packages are scheduled once your baby is here. They are a good fit when you need help with a specific concern.

The Rooted Rescue — $750 self-pay, or $350 with insurance*. Fast help when feeding gets hard: three home or office visits, three weeks of messaging support and priority scheduling.
The Seedling Pair — $500 self-pay, or $200 with insurance*. A simple start for one specific concern each visit: two home or office visits and 7 days of messaging support.
Single visit, office or home — $300. One focused consultation with a care plan.

*Using insurance? Insurance covers your visits. Concierge covers everything in between. • Clinical care: your lactation visits (45 to 60 minutes) are billed to your insurance as they happen • Concierge access: home visits, questions and messaging between visits, and priority scheduling • Concierge access is optional and is never billed to insurance • Your concierge fee is paid up front and is non-refundable • Insured office visits are booked by availability. Concierge families get priority scheduling. Clinical care amounts are estimates. What insurance pays varies by plan.
