Natural
Beginnings Policy
- Believes
that
the mother chooses a doula based on many factors
including but not limited
to personality, experience, philosophy,
fee for services provided, and more.
- Natural
Beginnings lists both certified and uncertified doulas.
Some doulas have many
years experience while others are just
starting their practices. All doulas
listed have received training
from a recognized doula organization.
- Natural
Beginnings does not guarantee the care provided by
any doula listed on the
site, nor does Natural Beginnings in
any way employ any doula listed.
- All
doulas, to the best of our knowledge, are independent
contractors, make their
own schedules, and set their own fees.
- It
is the responsibility of the consumer to interview, check
references,
accreditation and training of doulas interviewed
and/or subsequently hired.
